Time-window filtering

The ability to view metrics over a chosen period — last 7 days, last 90 days, last year, all-time, or a custom range. Different decisions need different windows: yesterday's velocity for stock-out risk, lifetime for ABC classification. EOIT exposes time-window filtering on every metric.
