EOIT is built by an ecommerce and IT entrepreneur with more than twelve years of operational experience in online retail. Software, systems and tooling have always been the passion behind the work — and the source of most of the frustration.

After years of running into the same limitations across off-the-shelf platforms — software that doesn't quite fit, integrations that quietly drift, dashboards that show numbers instead of decisions — the only sensible response became: build it ourselves.

EOIT is the result. An operations platform designed against the daily reality of a working ecommerce business, not against an idealised feature list. The principles that shaped it — read-only by default, zero customer PII, decisions before dashboards — come from twelve years of getting it wrong before getting it right.
