Partial fulfillment

When some items in an order have shipped but others haven't (often because they were back-ordered or paused). Picklists need to clearly show which line items remain. EOIT inherits the colour-coding and warning-banner conventions from common picklist standards: paid orders first, partially-refunded with yellow flag.
